Tiffany Anne Jolicoeur, age 51 of Colorado Springs (formerly of Westfield) passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 11, 2025 at her home. Tiffany was born on February 28, 1974 to Thomas and Teresa (Robinson) Lyon. She grew up on the family farm, a place she always truly loved. Tiffany was a member of the 1992 graduating class of Westfield High School. She earned her bachelor’s degrees from UW Madison in 1996 in both Piano Performance and French. In 1998, Tiffany earned her master’s degree in Piano Performance from the University of New Mexico at Albuquerque. In 1999, Tiffany met Mark Jolicoeur and the two were married in September of 2000. Together they have resided in Colorado Springs and have been blessed with two children.
Tiffany gave piano lessons and was most recently employed as a French Teacher at St. Mary’s High School. She loved gardening, swimming laps, biking and had just been bitten by the golf bug. She adored attending her son’s golf matches, baseball and hockey games as well as her daughter’s gymnastics meets. Tiffany was actively involved in the gymnastics booster club and served as Vice President. She had a passion for University of Wisconsin football, basketball, hockey, the Green Bay Packers and the family farm. Tiffany was a very giving person who had a great zest for life. She fought the battle on her terms. Tiffany thoroughly enjoyed life, family, pets, friends and her faith.
Tiffany leaves behind her husband of 24 years, Mark, son, Adam and daughter, Sophie. She is also survived by her sister, Tricia (Henry) Sautin and brother, Tom (Brittney) Lyon as well as niece and nephews: Molley Sautin and Carson and Austin Lyon along with her mother-in-law, Barbara Jolicoeur and aunt, Sue (Tim) Slowey. Tiffany is further survived by Mark’s daughter’s: Tanya Napper and Krysta Cruz as well as Mark’s siblings: Tracie, Kim, Marne and Scot along with several other extended family members.
Tiffany is preceded in death by her parents and father-in-law, Donald Jolicoeur.
A memorial service for Tiffany Jolicoeur will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church in Oxford. There will be no visitation. Pastor Brenda Pulver will preside and private family inurnment will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, Town of Westfield at a later date. If you knew Tiffany, you are welcome to join the family at the farm following the service from 12:30 until 2:00 PM. Weather Permitting.
