Tiffany Rubeck Obituary
Tiffany Michelle Rubeck, a devoted wife, doting mother, and cherished daughter, departed this world for heavenly beaches on October 13, 2025, at the age of 45. Born on January 3, 1980, in Malone, New York, Tiffany was a beacon of happiness, humor, and inspiration to live life to the fullest by all that knew her.
A devoted homemaker, Tiffany poured her heart into her family, ensuring that her husband of 25 years, Shawn Rubeck, and their three children, Tyler, Jayden, and Jazmyn, were always surrounded by love and laughter. Her home was often the gathering place for family, friends and her children's friends; she had a knack for making everyone feel welcomed. Her home was a safe haven which was always filled with the sound of joyful chaos, barking dogs and the occasional glitter explosion from an arts and crafts session with her daughters.
Her love for her husband and children guided her through life's ups and downs, providing her a sense of solace; coupled with visiting the beach, which was her happy place. The only thing that surpassed her love of the beach, was her love for shopping. Her love for shopping wasn't just about retail therapy-it was her expression of love, a well thought out gift to bring a smile to someone's face; especially at Christmas.
Tiffany was the quintessential life of the party, known for her ability to light up any room with her charm and magnetic personality. Her adventures took her from a young childhood in Malone, NY, to a sun-kissed chapter in Port Saint Lucie, FL, then off to visit foreign countries with Shawn before starting their family in Sacramento, California and eventually settling in Havelock, NC.
In addition to her husband and children, she is also survived by her loving mother Carlotta Catalano, sister Gina Catalano, and brothers Zachary and Adam Boyea, and Gino Catalano. Preceding her in this final journey was her father, Pete, undoubtedly awaiting with open arms in Heaven for her.
To honor Tiffany's wishes, a private family and close friend's goodbye will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Coastal Cremations-Jacksonville. A celebration of life will be held at later date with details to be announced by her family. In the meantime, let us honor her legacy by searching for seashells, crafting something unique or raising a glass while sharing a memory of Tiffany-a remarkable woman whose love and laughter will remain with us always.
Rest easy Tiffany, you were truly one of a kind and loved by those whose lives you've touched.
