Born on May 24, 1953 in Columbus, Indiana, Tim was the son of the late Elsie Louise "Eloise" and Ray Kaufman.
Tim proudly served his country in the United States Army. He enjoyed cooking and fishing during his younger years, and most importantly loved the time he spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his significant other of 14 years, Joyce Dixon; sons, Tim Poore, Richard Poore, and Derek Baughman (Krystal); daughters, Shannon Poore, Amy Scott, and Desiree Morrow (Bobby); sister, Karen Forsythe; grandchildren, Alexis, Dalton, Bryson, Sophia, Aiden, Trinity, Greyson, and more; and several nieces and nephews.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Larry Poore.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 31, 2025 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church, 1202 N Ewing St. Seymour. A service honoring Tim's life and legacy will begin at 12:00 P.M.
