Timmy Barnett Johns, 78
Timmy Barnett Johns died on December 20, 2025. He was born on February 25, 1947 in Fort Pierce, Florida. He served his country in the United States Army, former member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Color Guard, past Board Representative for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, and served on the Brighton Land Use Committee. He worked most of his life until retiring from the Seminole Tribe of Florida, managing the tribe's cattle program, citrus program and water resource department. He enjoyed the sport of rodeo, managing his cattle herd, being an avid reader and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dolly Johns and son, Gilbert King.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shannon Johns; children, Alexander Johns (Elizabeth), Emma Johns Brown (Travis), Kyler Levans (Barbara), Ashton Johns, and Nevaeh Johns; sisters, Connie Johns Whidden and Patty Johns Waldron; grandchildren, Braceton King (Cali), Kailin Brown Hooten (Brendan), Odessa King, Morgan King, Makya King, Serene King, Stellar King, Maverick King, Amos King, Lois King and Gilbert King, Jr., Kainen Levans, Kyleis Levans, and Kylo Levans; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Ortona Cemetery.
