Timothy L. Blackburn. Age 61 of Southgate.
With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Timothy Blackburn on March 13, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, Tim brought warmth, laughter, and kindness to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Tim embraced life with a joyful spirit, finding happiness in the simple things - cherished moments with his family, the thrill of setting sail on cruises, the challenge of a great round of golf, and of course, sharing a good joke that could bring a smile to anyone's face. His humor was infectious, his heart was generous and his presence made every gathering brighter.
Tim is survived by his beloved wife, Tonya; his children, Nathan, Nikki, Joe, Brandon and Christian; and his former wife, Rayna. Timothy is also survived by his mother Garnet, his sisters JoAnn and Sandy, his brother Rick and his nephew Shane.
He was a proud and loving grandfather to eight grandchildren, who will always remember his laughter, wisdom and endless supply of jokes. His legacy of love and joy will forever live on in their hearts.
Though he may no longer walk beside us, his spirit will continue to guide us-one joke, one smile, and one cherished memory at a time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions to be made in his honor to or - causes that were close to his heart.
A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, also at Molnar Funeral Homes - Nixon Chapel. Please check back for the service time.
