Timothy Morris Case

Timothy Morris Case, a devoted father, husband, grandfather, and friend to many, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after succumbing to cancer on April 20, 2025. He was 67 years old. A resident of St. Clair Shores, Tim previously lived in Madison Heights and Royal Oak, Michigan.
Tim was born on August 1, 1957, in Highland Park, Michigan to his parents Delmar and Fern Case. He grew up in Clawson and attended Clawson High School, where he was known for his charisma, athleticism, and sense of humor. A natural athlete, Tim was an outstanding pitcher in his youth and continued to enjoy sports throughout his life excelling in golf, bowling, and winning numerous softball league championships.
He had a people-loving spirit and made friends wherever he went. Tim worked on a sales and delivery route for Koepplingers Bakery in Oak Park and later joined the family business working with his sons at Contractors Pipe & Supply, where he dedicated many years until his retirement in August 2023.
Tim was also a lifelong Star Trek fan, an avid camper, and card player who cherished vacations with his family especially trips to Hawaii. His joy in life came from simple pleasures and time spent with the people he loved most.
On May 20, 1977, Tim married the love of his life, Charlene, in Royal Oak, Michigan. Their love story began when they met in their early teens, blossoming into a remarkable 52-year journey together, 47 of which they were married.
Tim is survived by his beloved wife, Charlene; his children, Kurtis (Raquel), Russell (Nicole Dempsey), and Benjamin (Stefanie); and ten cherished grandchildren; Brooklynne, Cadence, Kellan, Adaline, Olivia, Calli, Camden, Abigale, Madelyn, and Eliana. He is also survived by his mother, Fern Case, and brother, Ken Case. He was preceded in death by his father, Delmar Case.
Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gramer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main Street, Clawson, MI 48017. A Celebration of Tim's Life will be held at the funeral home on Friday, April 25 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.
