Timothy Doucette Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Russell & Pica Funeral Home - Lakeville on Oct. 10, 2025.
Timothy P. Doucette, 64, of Stoughton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday at Boston Medical Center South, surrounded by family and loved ones.
Born in Boston on July 7, 1961, Timothy was the beloved son of the late Eugene and Rosanna (Doherty) Doucette.
A proud and hardworking member of Sprinkler Fitters Local 550, Timothy dedicated his life to his trade. Known for his skill, integrity, and sharp sense of humor, he built lifelong friendships both on and off the job.
Timothy was an outdoorsman through and through. He found happiness in simple pleasures such as golfing, fishing, tossing horseshoes, boating, and spending time at his favorite retreats, his cottage on White Island Pond in Plymouth and his cabin in Fryeburg, Maine. These places were his sanctuaries, filled with laughter, stories, and lasting memories shared with family and friends.
He is survived by his former wife, Barbara Doucette and their four children, Angela Doucette and her significant other Chris, T.J. Doucette and his significant other Christi, Billy Doucette and his wife Autumn, and Valerie Ayers and her husband Chris. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Landen Nice, Theia Ayers, and Emmett Ayers.
Timothy also leaves behind his siblings Chrissy Reichert and her husband Charlie, Gene Doucette and his wife Michele, Diane Kent and her husband Jim, Tina Doucette, and Lisa Doucette, wife of the late Michael Doucette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored their "Uncle Timmy."
Family and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours on Wednesday, October 22, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 17 Main Street (Route 105), Lakeville. A funeral procession will begin Thursday, October 23, at 9:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating the repose of his soul at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, St. Isidore Parish, 340 Center Street, Middleboro. Cremation will follow. Celebration of life to follow funeral service at the Middleboro Elks, 24 High St., Middleboro, MA.
Timothy will be remembered for his laughter, generosity, and love of life, a man who worked hard, lived fully, and deeply loved his family and friends. His presence will be missed, but his spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
