Timothy D. Fulton

FULTON, Timothy D., 69, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008 after a short battle with cancer. He was born on June 23, 1939 to Francis L. Fulton and Emily K. Fulton in Canton, Penn. He attended Blue Mountain High School and was among the first graduating class of 1957. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of West Florida. He served 20 years of active duty with the United States Army, retiring in 1979 with the rank of Major. After a few years of owning his own business, he returned to civil service in 1983 for the Army at the Transportation School at Fort Eustis, Virginia. He retired from civil service in 2002, serving a total of 38 years for his country. He was preceded in death by his wife of 24 years, Dolores Fulton. He is survived by two brothers, two sons, two daughters-in-law, one granddaughter and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Lung Association, www.lungusa.org or the USO, www.uso.org. Memorial services are scheduled at Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
