My condolences to Tim´s family and friends. I first met Tim when I was hired to be the dietitian for Bloomin´ Brands. He asked me how I was going to add nutritious options to the menus. I said, I wasn´t sure yet but we´d figure it other together. He gave me the classic Tim side eye look and grin. And, then we did it together!

You will be missed Tim, thank you for all the support you gave me and my family back in the ole Outback days. Boy we had some fun didn´t we!!!! Gonna miss that smile.
