Timothy James Kelly, lovingly known as "Pop," passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, in Broussard, Louisiana, at the age of 70. Born on June 18, 1955, in New Orleans, Louisiana, Tim lived a full and faithful life centered around family, hard work, and devotion to God.

A longtime resident of Cypress, Texas, Tim dedicated over 50 years to the oil and gas industry, where his work ethic, integrity, and leadership left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Outside of work, Tim was a true sports fan - cheering for his beloved Houston Astros, LSU Tigers, and catching every NASCAR race he could. But what he loved most in this world was spending time with his family. Whether it was a quiet evening at home, a family get-together, or a simple conversation that turned into laughter, Pop made everyone feel loved and seen.

His life was deeply rooted in faith. Tim spent his adult life devoted to ministry and spreading the gospel, sharing hope and encouragement with anyone who crossed his path. His compassion, kindness, and unwavering belief in the Lord touched countless lives.

Tim was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debra Lynn Cooper Kelly, and his parents, Thomas J. Kelly and Carol Kuby. He is survived by his son Timothy Jason Kelly and wife Samantha Kelly, daughter Julie Kelly Howell and husband Paul Howell, grandchildren Emma Milnar and Danté Jordan, and brother Carl Kelly and wife Sharon Kelly.

A celebration of Tim's life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Harvest Family Church in Cypress, Texas with graveside services to follow at Klein Memorial Park.

Tim "Pop" Kelly will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his laughter, his loyalty, and his steadfast faith. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion that will continue to inspire those who knew him.
