Timothy Francis Kennedy

Timothy Francis Kennedy, 74, of Florence, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 1st surrounded by his loving family. He fought a long, courageous battle and passed away from complications due to his Parkinson's Disease. Tim was formerly a resident of Ft.Thomas and graduated from Newport Catholic in 1968, where he was proud to play football. For Tim, there was no greater joy than his grandchildren. He never met a stranger, often displaying his unique wit. His favorite times of the year were college football season, NCAA March Madness and Masters weekend. He was preceded in death by parents, Bernie & Dot Kennedy; son, Brandon Wentworth Kennedy and brother, Terry (Sally) Kennedy. Tim is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Sharon (Nee. Raisbeck) Kennedy; sons, Casey (April), Kerry (Christina) & Brady Kennedy; daughter, Katie (Ben) Northern; 6 grandchildren, Joseph Lyle, Chloe Anne, Landon Benjamin, Ella Jane, Oliver Riley & Eleanor Kennedy and sisters, Judy (Tom) Sceifres, Jane (Mike) Greenwell & Joann(Rob) Corcoran. Visitation will be held from 10:30-12:30 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:30 p.m., Monday, September 9th at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, Erlanger.
