Timothy Alan Lawrence

Timothy Alan Lawrence, 51, found his peace August 30, 2025. Born in Kalamazoo on February 11, 1974, he lived and played in Richland, Augusta, and Byron Center.

An avid outdoorsman, he could often be found on a lake or in the forest. He knew the best and worst fishing holes, and he could tell you where the largest deer should be. He enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions and had a fondness for Hudsonville ice cream. He lived and breathed Michigan.

Sure in his step and with a twinkle in his eye, he will be fondly remembered for sharing stories, selling cars, and always knowing exactly how to get a job done. He was quick with a joke and the first to offer a helping hand.

He loved his time at his family cabin and believed that family and friends always come first. He believed in tradition, community, and taking care of our environment.

His children brought him great joy and were the pride of his life. They have inherited his love of the outdoors and preference for activity. His love of life lives on in them.

He is survived by his son Timothy Jasper, his daughter Emily Ann, his sisters Angela and Kristina, his mother Linda Armintrout, his grandmother Charlene, his former wife Cindy. He is also survived by Mike and Kathy Armintrout, Tom Armintrout, Mark and Shannon Zabaldo, Chad Armintrout, Jerry and Theresa Lawrence, Kevin Lawrence, and his Aunt Mary, and their families.

His family will receive friends for visitation from 12:00-2:00 pm on Sunday, September 28, 2025, and a brief service will be held at 2:00 pm at Farley Estes Dowdle Funeral home located at 9170 East D Ave, Richland, MI.
