Timothy Robert Lisak, 36, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at home.
He was born September 5, 1988 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Robert Paul Lisak and Patricia Lee (Allen) Galloway.
A life-long resident of the area, Timothy attended La Porte High School, where he played soccer. An avid sports fan, he also played youth baseball and basketball, and proudly supported his favorite teams, the Chicago Bulls and Chicago Bears. His love for sports matched his love of animals. Timothy loved fish and had all types of aquariums, as well as other exotic pets. Above all, Timothy valued the precious moments spent with his family, especially his children. Whether it was sharing a game or enjoying the simple pleasures of life together, he found joy in being surrounded by loved ones. He will be missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his father, Robert Lisak of Michigan City, IN; mother, Patricia (Vaughn) Galloway of La Porte, IN; two sons Carson Lisak, Carter Lisak; daughter, Chloe Lisak; two brothers, Andrew (Jessica) Lisak of Valparaiso, IN, Todd Lisak of South Bend, IN; sister, Alison (Chris) Yagelski of La Porte, IN; nephew, Wyatt; three nieces, Ava, Harper, Hazel; two aunts, Sandi (Bo) Stringham of La Porte, IN, Debbie (David) Holtzlander of Columbus, OH.
Timothy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Marlene Lisak and his maternal grandparents, Winford and Barbara Allen.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Visitation will be Friday, December 13 from 4 pm until 6 pm with service starting at 6 pm.
