It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Timothy Charles Myers, who left us on August 27, 2025, at the age of 66. Born on February 26, 1959, in Jennings, Louisiana. Timothy touched the lives of everyone who knew him.
Timothy was a dedicated welder in the railroad industry, known for his hard work and skill. Beyond his job, he was a true family man who cherished every moment spent with loved ones. Timothy found joy in fishing and adored the great outdoors, often sharing those calm moments by the water with family. He found peace by the river, often spending time there with his daughter Erica and his friends, and even something as simple as rain became a story.
He is survived by two his daughters, Erica Guillory and Jessika (Danny) Fields; three sisters, Sherry Devall, Nancy Pousson, and Crystal Langley; and a proud grandparent to Kayegan Campbell, Alayna Fields, Logan Guillory, Drew Guillory, Sam Guillory, Nathan Gordon, and Olivia Gordon; and his special friend, Connie Gordon; all of whom will miss their warmth and affection dearly.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at Miguez Funeral Home in Jennings, on Friday August 29, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 1:00 PM. Services will be held at 1:00 PM in the chapel with Pastor Bryan McFarlin officiating.
He will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Miguez Funeral Home.
