Timothy James Reiling, 48, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born in Fort Wayne, on August 10, 1974, to the late Dennis and Linda (Hutton) Reiling. He spent his formative years in Churubusco and graduated from Churubusco High School. Tim spent the last three years working for the Railroad as a Non-Destructive Testing Technician. He was passionate about his work and would love to talk to people about it. It was a very important job for the railroad to ensure rail safety. He had lived in West Virginia for the last three years and loved the outdoors and the mountains. He had moved back to this area after he was diagnosed with cancer and it was so he could be closer to his brother and sister-in-law. Tim is survived by his brother, Travis (Beverly) Reiling; a sister, Christina Bingham; his six nephews and nieces, Mikaella, Makenna, and Lee Reiling, Greggory (Whitney) Bingham, Fauline Altamirano and Charyce Bingham. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral Services will be held at the Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco Chapel, on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., with calling beginning at noon. Burial will take place in the Ege Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana. Sheets & Childs Funeral Home has been entrusted with these arrangements.
