Timothy Morgan Simmons

Timothy Morgan "Tim" Simmons, 57, a resident of Mabie, passed from this life Thursday, October 9, 2025, at WV Caring's Hospice Inpatient Center.
Tim was born Tuesday, March 26, 1968, in Elkins, a son of the late William "Bill" Simmons and Margaret "Wendy" Hannifan Simmons. On August 21, 1993, he was married to the former Jennifer Corley who survives. They had celebrated thirty-two years of marriage.
Also left to cherish Tim's memory are four daughters, Leahann Goux of Elkins, Cassandra Winemiller of West Union, and Maddison Simmons and Chloe Simmons, both of Mabie, six grandchildren, Addison, Haiden, Charlee, Skye, Kyler, and Saniah, three sisters, Mary Ann Smith of Cassity, and Jane Rowan and Linda Jones, both of Mabie, Bret Simmons, who was like a brother, of Brimfield, OH, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Tim in death besides his parents was his brother, William "Bill" Simmons.
Tim was a graduate of Coalton High School and was working as a medical technologist at Broaddus Hospital. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but he probably found the most enjoyment in reading. He loved his family and will be missed by those who knew him.
Tim's request for cremation will be honored. A memorial service will be held at Randolph Funeral Home on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4pm until 5pm, the funeral hour.
