Mr. Timothy Alonzo "Goo" Williams of Hampton, VA, transitioned early morning on March 7th, 2023, at his home. He was born on January 23, 1962, in Newport News, VA, and graduated from Warwick High School. A devoted Christian, Tim served many roles in the church over the years, including usher and deacon. He was a member of Calvary Seventh-Day Adventist Church until his passing. A loving father of four daughters, he was known as an incredibly hard worker and provider.
Those who knew him best say he was a huge jokester, music lover, and Oakland Raider fan, and had a knack for bringing people together. He was a son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, mentor, teacher, entrepreneur, and friend. Tim was a master plumber at Ziegler Plumbing, and worked for over 15 years for the City of Newport News before retiring in 2016.
To know Tim was to love him. His friends and family will remember him for his calm demeanor, listening ear, sense of humor, humble spirit, and giving heart.
