On Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 1:56 PM Timothy A Williams age 60 passed away peacefully at Methodist Hospital. He was born to the late SFC LeRoy A Williams and Patricia M Williams in Honolulu Hawaii on March 21, 1964.
From an early age, Timothy showed a strong interest in sports, specifically football. He began playing Pop Warner football at Fort Sam Houston while in elementary school, and continued to play football at Ed White middle school and Theodore Roosevelt high school, where he graduated 1983. After his two oldest sons began playing sports, Tim's passion for sports transitioned from playing football to coaching baseball for over 20 years, with the majority of that time being at Capitol Park Little League.
Timothy began his career with The Bexar County Sheriff's Office in the Detention Division. After several years, he was selected to the Patrol Division and, while in patrol, served on the SWAT Team. Timothy was then promoted to the rank of investigator assigned to violent and white collar crime units.
Timothy's long, dedicated career led him to promote to Sergeant, where he served as supervisor with the Mental Health Unit and his final assignment, being assigned to the Patrol Division.
He leaves to cherish his memory a devoted & loving wife Vera M Williams.
In God's care he leaves: mother Patricia M Willams; children Jessica and her husband, Roger, Joshua, Jadyn, Nicholas & Tatianna; grandsons Jaxxon & Derek; sister Cheri; brothers Jason & Adam; Aunt Angela; Uncle Tony; nieces Chanelle & Christal; nephew Cameron; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
Tim will be remembered with love and immensely missed by all.
