Tina Michele Arrowood, 61, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at Alamance Regional Medical Center after several months of failing health. She was born in Greenville, SC on August 7, 1961 to the late Arnold Devoid Arrowood and Bonnie Ruth Robertson Sprague who survives.
Tina was a member of New Directions Church where she where she served in many capacities and went on numerous mission trips. She was employed with Piedmont Natural Gas working in sales most of her career. Tina was also a gifted musician. In high school, she played and sung in the Full House Band and wrote and recorded many songs. She enjoyed painting, drawing and had a love for animals. Tina was also involved with many Bible studies and loved learning about the Lord and strengthening her faith.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Bonnie and Jim Sprague; sister, Kendis A. Helms and husband Michael; nephew, Tyler Long and wife Mittie; niece, Sydney Helms; step-sisters, Karol Kobayashi and husband Rick, Kathy Anderson and husband Doug and her best friend, Lois Hogan.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Woody Lamm with the burial to follow at Alamance Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12-1:45pm prior to the service at the funeral home and other times at her mother’s home in Gibsonville.
