Mrs. Tina Marie Collins-Longballa, age 53 of Corvallis, Oregon, passed away peacefully from ovarian cancer on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Tina leaves behind her husband: Scott Longballa; her children: Colin and Carissa Longballa; her parents: Dennis (Rose) Collins; brother: Christopher K. (Tracy) Collins, and sister: Peggy Collins, as well as her niece and nephews: Ryan Collins, Megan Collins and Steve (Hein) Longballa.

Tina was born on May 17th, 1972, in Greensburg, Indiana. She graduated from South Decatur High School with the class of 1990. Tina was on the track team in which she received multiple trophies and still holds the school record for the 200-meter dash, was on the Cougarette dance team, played volleyball and was homecoming and prom queen. She also served as class president. After graduation, Tina attended Purdue University and received a degree in Apparel Design and Technology and a degree in Retail Management. She was also a part of the Sigma Kappa chapter at Purdue University.

Tina began her career at Callaway Golf Women's Apparel as a lead designer in San Diego. She then worked for Santiam Christian Schools in the front office and then as a graphic arts teacher and taught photography for over 10 years.

Tina always had an artistic eye, bringing beauty wherever she saw it. She painted a mural for Calvary Chapel Church and the eagle symbol on the Santiam Christian High School gymnasium floor.

Family and friends remember Tina for her unwavering faith in God, her thoughtfulness and selfless demeanor, her love of family and friends, and her beautiful artistic ability. She will be sorely missed by all.

A celebration of Tina's life was held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Calvary Chapel Church.
