Tito Chaparro, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025, at the age of 77 in Titusville, Florida. Born on January 4, 1948, in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, Tito's exuberant spirit and infectious laughter left a mark on everyone he encountered throughout his rich and fulfilling life.
Tito's legacy is one of love and devotion, particularly to his beloved wife, Marta Maldonado, with whom he shared nearly three decades filled with mutual respect, laughter, and unwavering support. Their partnership was a beautiful testament to their commitment to each other and their family.
A dedicated family man, Tito took immense pride in his children, Tito Chaparro, Jr. (Nadine), Yesenia Rivera (Mark), Natalie Chaparro, and Tatiana Chaparro. He instilled in them the values of hard work, kindness, and the importance of family. His role as a grandfather to Gregory, Amadee, Julien, Noah, Kassius, Gabrielle, and Natalee was one he cherished deeply, always eager to share stories, wisdom, and countless memorable moments.
Tito's sisters, Carmen and Esther Chaparro, along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews, will fondly remember him as the pillar of strength and joy within the Chaparro family. His presence brought a sense of unity and warmth that will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
Throughout his professional life, Tito was respected and valued in his career as a plumber. His work ethic and expertise were unparalleled, earning him the affectionate nickname "Mr. Fix It" among those who knew him. His ability to repair almost anything was not just a skill but a passion, as he delighted in helping others and imparting his vast knowledge to anyone in need.
Tito's interests and hobbies were as vibrant and varied as his personality. His love for horse racing was only matched by his enjoyment of music and singing Karaoke. Friends and family will recall his impressive performances and the joy it brought to gatherings. An avid pool player, Tito could often be found at the table, cue in hand, ready for a friendly game.
One of Tito's most treasured pastimes was tending to his large garden, where he grew the freshest fruits and vegetables. His green thumb extended to nurturing a mango tree, grown from a small seedling, which now stands as a testament to his patience and care, bearing fruit for future generations to enjoy.
Tito's sense of humor, loving nature, and intelligence defined him as a person. He was the embodiment of joy and a source of laughter, always quick with a joke or a funny story to lighten the hearts of those around him. His ability to connect with people on a genuine level made him a beloved figure in his community.
As we reflect on Tito's life, we are reminded of the immeasurable impact he had on our lives. His unwavering love, support, and the countless memories he created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Tito Chaparro's journey through life was one of purpose, joy, and an unrelenting zest for living each day to the fullest. As we say goodbye to this extraordinary man, we celebrate the legacy he leaves behind-a legacy of love, laughter, and the enduring power of family. Tito will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain an integral part of our lives.
