He is survived by his children David (Stephanie), Peter (Loretta), Eric (Gabriella), Paul (Janise), Rhonda (Abran), and Eileen (Terry); stepson Ryan Quintana; 11 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Toby was well known for his hard-work in construction; building pipelines and bridges. Toby was always willing to help others. He lived a good life on his farm, raising horses, cattle, and many other animals. A great one of his many sayings: "Life is beautiful-it's what you make it, you can make it good or you can make it bad."
Toby will be deeply missed by many, especially his family.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
