Todd Dewayne Adley, born February 18th, 1971, by Paul and Freida Adley; cherished husband, father, and friend, passed away on November 14th, 2025. Leaving behind two candy jars that won the favor of his sugarpops (Motley), a playlist of rock and roll hits and the volume on max on all the televisions in the house.
Todd is survived by his wife, Gena Adley; his children, Alexandra Adley and husband Khris Poage, Chaz Adley and fiancée Shyanne Duckett; and grandbaby Motley Adley; his mother, Freida Adley, and his sister, Shelly Barker. In addition, Todd is survived by his aunt and uncle, Ronny and Llana Adley, father and mother-in-law, Jerry and Geneva Kelly, sister-in-law, Krissy Kelly, brother and sister-in-law, Eric and Lisa Stanley, brother-in-law, Brad Kelly, and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Todd never did anything halfway. While his enthusiasm sometimes got him into trouble, it is also what made him unforgettable. Todd's days were typically spent creating gorgeous landscapes, riding motorcycles, and playing disc golf with his son and friends, watching Big Bang Theory, or hauling himself to Tyler, Texas, for whatever simple household task his daughter requested of him. His love for animals was unending and many referred to him as Noah. Antagonizing his family and providing comedic relief was also a favorite pastime.
Todd's story begins simple but profound when he meets the love of his life, Gena, in fourth grade. His greatest accomplishment was finding true, unwavering, supportive, strong love in Gena. He certainly did not make things easy, especially in the early years, but one thing was for certain, loving Todd was the easiest thing Gena has ever done. They were together for 45 years and married for 33. The next best thing he did was raise a family with her. Todd took great pride in the family he created with Gena and loved his children and grandchild more than words could express, as he was idolized and adored by them.
This loss is an earth shattering loss for everyone that knew him. Todd had so much life in him. He would command the attention of everyone in the room. His laugh was the most unique and boisterous laugh, you could not do anything but laugh along with him. Everyone has a "Todd Story".
Todd's life was one full of adventures, laughter and love- a legacy that will be carried with all who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Paul Adley and brother, Paul Jr. Adley.
