Todd R. Flavell

Todd Richard Flavell, of Hebron, the husband of Carmel (Purcell) Flavell died Sunday, August 31, 2025. He was born, November 30, 1956, in Manchester to the late Herbert and Beverly Flavell. Todd graduated from Manchester High School in 1975 and began working at Pratt & Whitney. He married his lifetime sweetheart Carmel Purcell I 1980 and they just celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on August 1st.
Todd gave his life to Jesus in the late 70s and remained a devout follower all of his life. Todd had a mechanical mind, could fix anything and you would often find him working out in the garage. Todd loved spending time with his family and enjoyed their yearly trips to Cape Cod.
He was preceded in death by Herbert and Beverly Flavell, his brother Brent Flavell, and his son Shawn Flavell. He leaves behind his wife Carmel and their three children Erin and Lucas, Allison and Travis, and Emily and Tony; their grandchildren Dylan, Owen, Aylan, Ari, and Logan; and his siblings Jeff Flavell and Paige Hamilton. He will also be lovingly remembered by his devoted in-laws, the Purcell Family.
A calling hour will be held at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center St. Manchester, on Thursday, September 4th from 12:00-1:00 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:00 pm followed by burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
