Todd L. Rachels, 62, of Fergus Falls, died August 11, 2025, at his home.

Todd LeRoy Rachels was born April 18, 1963, in Fergus Falls to Gaylord Rachels and Mary Carlson Ranum. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School in 1981. He was employed by Global Specialty Contractors from 1993-2022 working in Minneapolis during the week and returning home on the weekends. Most recently, during retirement, he was an Amazon delivery driver and during beet harvest he was employed with Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative in Wahpeton, ND.

On July 31, 1993, Todd married Leah Lillemon in Ottertail.

Todd enjoyed listening to all types of music, looking for bargains and putting them to use, spending wintertime with his family going to hockey games, he loved the Minnesota Wild, and occasional trips to the casino.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Les and Valdine Rachels and Lillian and Delmar Carlson; mother, Mary Ranum; step-father, Ken Ranum and mother-in-law, Elaine Lillemon.

Todd is survived by his wife, Leah Rachels of Fergus Falls; children, Joshua (Amanda) of Horace, ND and Emily (Trent) Sutherland of Alexandria; grandchildren, Riley, Aria, Rhys and Rhett Sutherland and Vivian Rachels; father, Gaylord (Betty) Rachels; brother, Scott (Cindy); sisters, Andi (Chuck) Schreifels and Michele (Jim) Widmer; father-in-law, Roger Lillemon; sister-in-law, Brenda Lillemon; brother-in-law, Greg (Gwen) Lillemon and many nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 17, 2025, at Elk's Point on Wall Lake, Fergus Falls, MN.
