Todd Collins Welch, Sr., 57, of Pass Christian, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2025. Born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, on January 20, 1967, Todd brought laughter, kindness, and hard work into every space he entered.

Todd was a talented and dedicated painter and outside of work, Todd had a deep love for cars, fishing, and hunting—simple joys that reflected his down-to-earth spirit. He enjoyed the outdoors, good conversation, and lending a hand to anyone in need. Todd was the type of person who would drop everything to help a friend and never hesitated to give more than he had, he would give you the shirt off his back some would say.

Todd was preceded in death by his parents, Alton L. Welch, Sr., and Joann Latino Blades, and by his older brother, Alton L. Welch, Jr.

He is survived by his loving son, Todd Collins Welch, Jr. (“Collin”), who was the light of his life. Todd was a devoted father who adored his son and always made time for him. He is also survived by his sisters, Sherry L. Owen (Joe Sam) and Kim Martin, and by his nieces and nephews: Tiffany Dymond, Heather Williams (Ric), Mitch Owen (Danielle), Sam Owen (Kirsten), Ashley Necaise, Chris Amacker, and Jessica Pittman (John), along with many great-nieces and great-nephews who will always remember "Uncle Todd" with love.

Todd was not only a hard worker and skilled craftsman, but also a loyal brother, caring son to his wonderful mother, and a true friend to many. His warm smile, gentle heart, and willingness to always lend a hand will be missed more than words can say.
