Tom Martin

February 1, 1960 – October 29, 2025
Thomas Robert Martin, 65, of Spring Hill, Florida, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loved ones on October 29th.
Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Tom later relocated to Hazlet, NJ, where he and his family built many lasting memories. In 2005, he moved to Spring Hill, Florida, where he enjoyed the next chapter of his life in the warmth of the Florida sun.
Tom spent 45 years working in retail sales, where his outgoing personality and gift for conversation made him a favorite among customers and coworkers alike. He had an incredible ability to connect with people, and his genuine interest in others left a lasting impression wherever he went.
A devoted sports fan, Tom was especially loyal to the New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys. He took great pride in his collection of sports memorabilia and enjoyed sharing stories and stats with anyone who'd listen.
Tom is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; his sons, Thomas and Cory; and his daughter, Lindsay. He is also survived by his brother, David Martin, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry E. Martin and Grace Martin (née Lawson); his brothers, Harry and Wayne Martin; his sisters, Regina Scheuer, Alma Agaman, and Geraldine Martin; and several close nephews and a niece.
Tom cherished his family and held close many lifelong friendships, remaining in touch with friends from every stage of his life. His loyalty, humor, and kind heart will be remembered by all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for the joy he brought to every room, his unwavering devotion to those he loved, and the countless memories he created with family and friends. A visitation will be held on November 3, 2025 from 2-4pm then 6-8pm at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens in Palm Harbor, Florida.
