Tom Smock Obituary

Burial: Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
Mr. Lowell Thomas "Tom" Smock passed away on March, 2023. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Mullinex Smock, his father, Ed Smock, and seven brothers and one sister. His great-granddaughter, Emma Grace Smock, as well.
Tom enjoyed being with his family and friends, watching Southland Christian Church, and cheering for the Boyle County Rebels football team.
Tom leaves his loving wife, Earlene Peyton Smock, and three children behind. Sandy Smock, Kelly (Allen) Ryan, and Tommy (Misty) Smock. He has seven grandchildren. Alex (Tristen) Gourley, Joshua (Amy) Smock, Andrew Gourley, Jake (McKenzie) Ryan, Travis Ryan, Eli (Livvy) Floyd, and Evin Floyd. He also leaves behind eight great-grandchildren, Jayden, Ezra, Johnny, Jaydalin, Forrest, Fynn, Blair, Tritt, and Gus.
Celebration of Life will be Friday, March 10, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Stith Funeral Home, in Danville. Burial will be at Camp Nelson National Cemetery with military honors provided by the Caswell Saufley Post 18 and the United States Army.
