Tomasa “Tommie” J. Telles, 76, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
Tommie was born in El Paso, TX on September 20, 1948. She attended Jefferson High School. In April 1967 Tommie married Alberto Telles. Tommie loved to spend time with her grandchildren, family, friends, and attending church. She loved going to the beach, going to Disneyland, Disney World, Las Vegas, and loved traveling with family. She was gracious in life taking care of family and friends throughout the years and always devoted to God praying each day.
Tommie is preceded in death by her mother, brother, and her sister. She is survived by her husband Alberto Telles, sons Alberto Rene Telles and George Ruben; Daughters Brenda Denise Telles and Rhonda Diane Ramos, and grandchildren Alberto Joel Telles, Dustin Dallas Alexander Telles, Courtney Elizabeth Nicole Telles, Maegan Celine Ramos, Alison Demi Ramos, Jacob Rene Telles, Branden Joseph Ramos, Arianna Mckenzie Nicole Telles, Jonathan Gutierrez, Dominique Gutierrez, and great grandchild Alessandra Noehmi Gutierrez. Sisters Virginia House, Irene Gomez, brothers Enrique Trevizo, Richard Guerra, and Michael Guerra.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 PM with Rosary at 6:00 PM, Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Sunset funeral Home-East, 750 N. Carolina. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, November 4, 2024, at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 8011 Williamette. Interment will follow at 11:45 AM following Mass at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd. El Paso, TX 79907.
