Mr. Tommie Lee Beard was born on August 31, 1925, in Laurens County, Georgia. He is the son of the late Felton and Daisy Stanley Beard. He transitioned from his earthly home on Wednesday August 27, 2025. In addition to his mother and father he was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Algra Hunt Beard, daughters, Thomasina B. Anderson, and Thomasina Hatchet, his siblings, Tenneyson, Leo, Bennie, Piccola, Doretha, and Rheba.
Mr. Tommie was a farmer in Laurens County, a kaolin miner, construction worker and a business owner.
Mr. Tommie Lee is survived by his children, Wayne (Brenda) Beard, Sandra B. (Deryl) Nelson, Timothy (Kathy) Beard, Patricia (Donal) Waters, Pamela Wheatley, and Tommy Beard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren, his only living sibling is Ralph Beard. He leaves many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including Eura Lee Payne and a host of other relatives and friends.
