Funeral Services for Mrs. Tommie Gail Morris, 78, of Rayville, LA, will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 5, 2024, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville with Rev. Matt Owens officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Morris was born August 31, 1945, and passed away on July 2, 2024, at St. Francis Medical Center. She was a ward clerk at St. Francis Medical Center. Mrs. Morris then was a dispatcher for a local trucking company. In her earlier years, she enjoyed riding horses. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Lauranoff and Lenora McGowen Lauranoff; brother, Dennis Lauranoff; son, Ronald Ray “Ron” Morris; and granddaughter, Amanda Michelle Jackson.
Survivors include her daughter, Randi Morris Jackson; granddaughter, Ashton McEacharn and her husband Cole; great-granddaughter, Abigail McEacharn; and life-long family friend, Denise Ebarb.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Mitchell, Cole McEacharn, Benji Beard, Richard Jackson, Paul Slayter, Jr. and Ryan Box. Honorary Pallbearers will be Shane Dison and Mercy Martinez.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday, July 5, 2024, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Rayville.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society.
