She was born on October 18, 1962, in Ashtabula, OH to the late Samuel Jerome Rucker and Carol Ann Dyer.
She was an Ashtabula High School honors graduate. Toni played the flute in high school band and was a majorette.
Toni loved to crochet, knit, and was an excellent cook and housewife.
She is survived by her son, Andre Corpening; grandchildren, Brecian, Lelani, and Jaelynne Corpening; sisters, Victoria Rucker Smith of San Diego, CA and Felicia Delano of Ashtabula, OH; brother, Gerald Rucker Sr. of Ashtabula, OH; aunt, Delores Marshall of Painesville, OH; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Toni is preceded in death by her husband, Durrell Herman; parents, Samuel and Carol Rucker; brothers, Troy and Vincent Rucker; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Toni will be laid to rest at Edgewood Cemetery with her mother.
In following Toni's wishes, services are limited to immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to Ducro Funeral Services.
