Tony R. Scott, 64 of Holly Hill, South Carolina, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Born on February 5, 1959 in Holly Hill, South Carolina Tony was a Son of the late Maggie Russell Scott and Jacob Scott.
Tony attended the public school in Holly Hill. For many years he worked at Santee Industries. Tony loved to be on the lake camping, fishing and driving the pontoon boat. Tony mostly loved his faithful companion, his Chihuahua, Wink Wink.
Tony is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Wilbur D. Scott, sisters, Ida Russell and Maxine Chandler.
Tony is survived by sisters, Bobbie Ree Kinsey (George) of Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia and Peggy Scott of Holly Hill; brother, Jacob Scott Jr. of Cross; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his caregiver, Annette Gilmore.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 10-11am at Evening light Church, Bayview Street. The service will follow at 11AM. Burial will be held in the Scott Family Cemetery. Officiating will be Jason Scott, George Kinsey, Clinton Crummie, and Daniel Scott.
Pallbearers to honor Tony are Jason Scott, Kizer Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Brian Sewell, John Kinsey, and Frank Kinsey. Honorary Pallbearers will be Buster Kinsey and Johnny Crownover.
