On Friday, September 15, 2023, Tony Randell Suell was called by God to fulfill his greatest assignment at the early age of 39. The third of four children, this bundle of joy made his first appearance on November 24, 1983, in Hayward, California, to the proud parents of Billy Wayne Suell and Rosie Bynum Wrice. Later, the family would relocate to Portland, Oregon, where Tony would reside until his departure from this life to his heavenly home.
Tony attended Woodlawn Elementary School and Jefferson High School in Portland. He continued his education at Portland Community College where he studied Business Administration. He worked at the Organically Grown Company as a forklift driver and he was a member of the Church of Christ all his life, where he attended with his father.
Tony touched so many people in his life and you could always find him laughing. He never met a person who was a stranger to him; and he was always willing to help anyone who needed it. You could always find Tony watching football, a game that he enjoyed playing when he was growing up; or playing his video games with friends. He loved to read books, but most of all, he took care of business.
Tony was preceded in death by his loving father, Billy Wayne Suell. He leaves to cherish his memories: His daughter, Amara Star Ryan of Portland; his mother, Rosie Bynum Wrice of Portland; one sister, Tamara Bynum Williams of St. Louis, Missouri; two brothers, Jamaal Suell and Timothy Suell both of Portland; eight aunts: Matti Neal, Joanne Suell, Myra Mitchell, all of Portland; Patricia Ware and Hattie Brooks, both of Leland, Mississippi; Sallie Dennis of Charlotte, North Carolina; Nellie Peterson of Chicago, Illinois; Clara Swift of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 6 uncles: Royce Glenn Suell of Portland; Porter Bynum of Indianola, Mississippi; Larry Bynum of Greenville, Mississippi; Jerry Bynum of Chicago, Illinois; Earnest Bynum and L.V. Bynum, both of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his faithful and childhood friend Jeremy Hartley of Portland; and a host of many cousins and friends that loved him dearly.
