Tracey Dickinson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Martin-Dugger Funeral Home - Elk City on Mar. 3, 2026.
Tracey Ann Dickinson, 58 of Elk City, Oklahoma was born on January 17, 1968, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Terry Don and Joyce Ann (Dobyns) Schones. Tracey passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at her residence in Elk City, Oklahoma surrounded by her loving family.

Tracey was a proud graduate of Putnam City Original High School, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, graduating with the class of 1986.

Tracey enjoyed life in many roles as a daughter, mother, and grandmother. She spent many years as an over-the-road truck driver, embracing the open highway and the independence it brought. Tracey followed her heart into the dog grooming business, where she owned and operated, The Park N Bark Dog Groomers, LLC., in 2023 where she found true happiness caring for animals and sharing her love and compassion for them each day.

Tracey liked spending time at the casino, and enjoyed crocheting and making macrame items. She treasured spending time with her family and friends. Her love for life and the people in it will be deeply missed, but the memories she created will continue to provide comfort and joy to those she leaves behind. Tracey's legacy is one of love, friendship, and adventure, and her unique laugh will live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Private family services will be conducted at a later date. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Elk City, Oklahoma.

Cherishing her memory is one son, Mason Dickinson of Elk City, Oklahoma; one daughter, Madison Scheideger and her husband, Zack of Elk City, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Harlee Scheideger of Elk City, Oklahoma, Maddox Scheideger of Elk City, Oklahoma; one brother, Ryan Schones of Elk City, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends.

Tracey is preceded in death by her parents, Terry Don and Joyce Ann Schones.
