She made the world feel less sharp. Less cruel. With her, it was safe to unravel. She didn't try to fix you. She just loved you exactly as you showed up, messy, brilliant, tired, soft.
And in that, she gave you the kind of permission you never knew you were starving for. To exist. To feel. To become.
She made you feel seen in that rare, soul level way. No mirrors. Just presence.
She was a tree in human form, wild, untamed, and radiant with life. A force of nature that burned with light even in the darkest of nights. She held space like the earth holds the stars, open, endless, and without judgment. And when life felt too heavy, too hard to carry, she didn't just listen, she saw you in ways no one else could.
She didn't need to fix you, she simply recognized you, in all your beauty, your chaos, your brilliance. In her presence, you were never lost.
She leaves behind a tangle of hearts, me, my brother, her mother, her siblings, her friends. All of us altered. All of us are shaped by the way she loved, freely, fiercely, without condition.
She didn't need to be perfect to be unforgettable. She just needed to be herself. And she was. Fiercely. Softly. Entirely. Now the world feels too still in her absence. Like a room after music ends. But we will keep listening. Because she left melodies in our bones. And roots in our ribs.
She is not gone. She's in the rustle of the trees, in the soft light through the blinds, in the breath between sobs. She just slipped back into the wild she came from. She's just changed form. Into the hush of leaves. Into the arms of the sky. Now she's everywhere we loved her.
She was home.
And somehow, still is.

A celebration of Tracy's life will be held at our home in Dallastown, PA on May 31st, 2025, at 4:00 PM. All who were touched by her light are welcome to join us in honoring the beauty she brought into this world.
