Tracy Lynn Manley

Miss Tracy Lynn Manley, 58, of Rock Spring, gained her whole and vibrant wings to her heavenly home on Sunday, February 15, 2026. Tracy was born on May 31, 1967, to Leon and Seralyn Manley. She was a blessing to many during her lifetime. Tracy had her own ways of letting others know who she was and what people meant to her. Although her passing leaves a hole in her family's hearts, we rejoice that Tracy is celebrating in Heaven and can hear, talk, walk, knows the Lord, and is in His presence.

Miss Tracy was preceded in death by grandparents, Raymond and Myrt Magnusson Manley, Doris (Dot) Ezell (James) Parker; Robert L. Watkins, Jr. Her beloved father, Raymond Leon Manley, and her uncle, Clyde Allen Manley, also preceded Tracy in death.

Surviving Miss Tracy are her mother, Seralyn Watkins Manley, brother, Rich Manley, aunts Denise Manley (Jim) Shahan, Nancy Gunther Manley, Jennifer Watkins (Tim) Jones. Also surviving are many cousins, family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, at the funeral home. Her celebration of life will follow in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Reverend Bud Martenn and Reverend Chuck Romain officiating.

Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Noble, GA.
