Tracy Moore Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lusk-McFarland Funeral Home on Dec. 17, 2025.
Tracy Ann Moore, passed away in Lexington, KY, on December 16, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on November 8, 1967, in Carlisle, KY, Tracy's infectious laughter and boundless compassion deeply touched all who knew her.
Tracy will be remembered as a beloved sister, aunt, great aunt, and friend. She is survived by her two sisters, Terry (Bubby) Lukins and Tammy (Dale) Ritchie. Tracy held a special place in her heart for her nieces and nephews, Amber Carol (the late Aaron) Biddle, Elizabeth "Beth" Ann (Jake) Garrett, Jamie Lee (Wesley) McFarland, Andrew (Courtney) Ritchie, and Shelby Ritchie. Her love and cheerful spirit will live on in her eight great-nieces and nephews, Raelynn Biddle, Harper Biddle, Michael Garrett, Maverick Garrett, Weston McFarland, Owen Paul McFarland, Kashton Ritchie, and Audrey Ritchie. Tracy also leaves behind her cherished fur baby, Rhaegar, indicating her vast capacity for love extended even to her pets. Her uncle, Rocky (Sue) Moore, her aunt, Jo (Donald) Jones, several cousins, and special friends, including Gilda Vice and Lou "Granny" Bishop, Nate, Jullie and Dalton Leggett, will miss Tracy's warmth and companionship.
Tracy was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Andrew "Buck Andy" Moore and Carolyn Payne Moore, and her grandparents, Ray and Virginia Payne and Paul I. and Eloise Moore. She now reunites with them in eternal peace, leaving behind a legacy of fond memories and love.
An admirer of Elvis Presley, Tracy found joy in his music that resonated with her throughout her life. Karaoke at Bourbon Heights was special for her, where she poured her heart into songs, much to the delight of everyone present. Tracy was also a frequent participant at bingo, where her presence was always enjoyed. Those days of music and laughter echoed the loving and kind nature of Tracy, which will be sorely missed but warmly remembered.
Her impact on the world was like a soothing melody, soft yet powerful. Tracy's legacy of love, compassion, and the joy of life will echo through the generations of her family and friends. As we celebrate Tracy Ann Moore's remarkable life, we hold onto the memories of her loving spirit, her kindness that knew no bounds, and her unwavering devotion to the people and the simple pleasures she cherished. Tracy may have left this world, but her story will be told with smiles and love, just as she would have wished.
