Tracy Phillips, 62, of Elizabethtown, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 13, 2025. Born in Lackawanna, NY, he was the son of the late Gerald and Barbara Ann (Roberts) Phillips. He was together with Janice Phillips for 22 years.
Tracy graduated from Moshannon Valley High School Class of 1981. He enjoyed watching professional wrestling and other sports, his favorite teams were the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Dodgers. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his wife, Janice and their cat, Ms. Creeper.
In addition to his wife, Tracy is survived by his four brothers, Thomas Phillips (Theresa), Charles Phillips, Daniel Phillips (Mirna Deleon) and Gerald G. Phillips (Amy); close friends, Jade Sarver, Nate Hawthorne, Heaven Sarver, Zain Hawthorne, and David Barrick; a sister-in-law, Michelle Phillips; five nephews, two nieces, and one grandniece. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Phillips, along with his parents.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
