Our loving mama, Tracy Lynn Wagner, 51, of Greeneville, Tennessee, was originally born in Troy, New York, and has entered eternal peace on the 28th of September 2024.

Her radiant spirit is carried on by her four beloved daughters, Tiffanie Collins (Dylan), Chelsi Kennedy (Travis), Grace Wagner (Chris), Kaitlyn Hirstius (CJ), and her four grandchildren, Ryan, Charlie, Everette, and Violet, who were her entire world. She is survived by her father, Gary S. Hoogkamp (Elizabeth), her five siblings, sister, Kimberly Kelly (Kurt), brother, Gary R. Hoogkamp (Megan), sister, April Jones (Wayne), brother, Johnathan Williamson (Connie), sister Amanda Hoogkamp, and many cherished nieces and nephews.

She was embraced in heaven by her mother, Susan Williamson. She will be remembered as someone who was full of life. She was a Christmas fanatic who enjoyed decorating her house with festive cheer, baking Santa cookies with her grandchildren, and taking hayrides with family at Christmas light displays. She loved to garden and found extreme beauty in the smallest things. Her grandkids were the light of her life and was able to make many memories, from amusement parks to fishing trips. She will be endlessly missed but will forever be remembered.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Morris-Baker Funeral Home from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
