He is survived by his mother, Jerry Sue (Bookhout) Waldrup of Benton, KY, son, Terry Walter of Benton, KY, Michael Shane Walter of Huntingdon, TN, Brandon Walter (Alexis)of Huntingdon, TN, Justin Walter of Huntingdon, TN, daughter, Myleigh Walter of Dickson, TN, sister, Tammy Lee Rudd (Daren) of Benton, KY, brother, Tommy Jones of Benton, KY and 7 grandchildren and nephew Britt Rudd.
He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Lee Walter and sister, Sheri Sue Keeling.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Mark Ray officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairdealing Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at Collier Funeral Home.
