Mr. Travis William McStephenson Sr., age 44 of Bryceville, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024. Born in Jacksonville, he was a lifelong local resident and a 1998 graduate of Trinity Christian Academy. Travis was an outgoing person who never met a stranger. He thoroughly enjoyed being in nature and was an avid fisherman and hunter. A devoted father, his children were his life. He is survived by his sons: Travis McStephenson Jr. of Keystone Heights and Jace Preston McStephenson of Jacksonville; parents: W.P. and Edith McStephenson of Bryceville and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. A graveside service will be held 11:00am, Friday, August 2, 2024, at Bell Cemetery, Jennings State Forest, Middleburg, Florida with Reverend Stephen Thomas officiating. Warren Funeral Services of Baldwin is honored to serve the McStephenson family.

I met Trav back in 2007 working at Southern Development,and after that we worked together at a few more places. We didn´t see much of each other but we stayed in contact all these years,having hours long conversations about our lives and problems. He always treated me with respect and it was both ways. He was a good friend to me. Rest easy friend,you´ll be missed!

I remember going to aunt Edith's house some weekends and spending the night with some of my other cousins and we had lots of fun. Travis was always nice and in good humor when I was around him. Aileen Johnson..... nickname (Leenie)
