Passed away in Seattle of traumatic brain injury after a fall. Survived by his wife Susan Austin, daughter Olivia Stone, brother Edward Stone, and numerous cousins in WA, TX, and RI.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army right out of high school and was honorably discharged with a Purple Heart and life-long effects of his time in Viet Nam.
His passions included his home on Hood Canal, the Rolling Stones, the game of golf until age diminished his proficiency, and classic cars – particularly Cadillacs, the bigger the better.
Honoring his wishes, his ashes will be interred in the Stone family plot in Raymondville, TX.
