Tre'von Marquise Johnson affectionately known as Trey, Travvy was born on September 24th, 1995, in Vineland, NJ at Newcomb Medical Center to Shrees Monique Evans-Kelly and Tyrone Fitzgerald Johnson, Sr. He departed this life on Wednesday, February 12th 2025.
Tre'von was educated in the Vineland School system where he graduated from Vineland High School South in 2014. He attended college. He had dreams of becoming an Engineer one day. You could often find Tre'von playing basketball for VBA and PAL. He played basketball at just about every park in Vineland that had a basketball court. His favorite basketball team was the Boston Celtics. He also was a big Philadelphia Eagles Fan. As a child he loved to ride his BMX bike and skateboard. He was a man of very few words but his presence brought so much joy and laughter into the room.
Tre von had experience working for Elwyn Group Home with the Men as a Direct Support Professional Counselor. He was employed by Rite Aid as a Pharmacy Technician and he also worked at ShopRite. Tre'von was very active in the community with his brother Tyrone aka TJ coaching the youth in Basketball where they won two (2) Championships!!! Broooooo,
Bruh, as Trey often would say.
The youth had a very special place in Tre'von heart.
The Lord saw fit to allow Tre'von to have his own children. He showed what a Dedicated and Loving Father looks like.
He leaves to cherish his memories: 5 children - Scarlett Johnson, Tre'von Marquise Johnson, Jr., Larissa Johnson, Hazel Johnson, and an Unborn Child on the way. His mother, Shrees Monique Evans-Kelly (Eugene), his father Tyrone Fitzgerald Johnson, Sr. (Ivory), His Only Sister Lashanda Nakia Evans, His Big Brother Tyrone Fitzgerald Johnson, Jr. (Jadira), His Younger Brother Cornelius Reginald Johnson and two Special Sister/Cousins Mariah S Evans and Dajona Peyton. My dear Trey,

My heart is broken in a way I never thought possible. You weren´t just my son-in-law-you were my family, my Trey. From the moment you became a part of our lives, you brought love, laughter, and a light that can never be replaced.

It´s hard to accept that you´re gone. You had so much more life to live, so many more moments to share. I wish I had more time-to tell you how much you meant to us, to thank you for the love you gave so freely, and to remind you that you were deeply cherished.

I will always hold onto the memories, your smile, and the way you loved [sand all of us. Your presence may be gone, but your love will never fade. You are forever in my heart, my dear Trey.

Rest peacefully, my son. We will love and miss you always. Love Brenda
