Trenton Bremer, 19, of Osceola passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening, November 5, 2025. He was born to Brian Bremer and Candise (Eric) Lassus on August 29, 2006, and was a recent graduate of Jimtown High School.
His parents survive along with his brother, Colton Lassus. Grandparents, David (Rhonda) Bremer of Granger, and Brad (Kim) Comer of Niles, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins: Matthew (Cara) Bremer of Elkhart, and their children Keirra, Kyra, and Rowan; Becky (Michael) Zorn of Leesburg, and their daughter, Michaela; Kevin Hermann of TN, with his children, Jordyn, Riley, and Kevin; and Kat (Kasey) Comer, with their daughters, Lena and Buggy also survive. There are many other extended families and friends who are also left behind to honor Trenton’s life.
Trenton was a proud graduate of Jimtown High School, where he founded the school’s Chess Club and shared his love of thoughtful challenge with others. Wise beyond his years, he was a dangerously brilliant and naturally funny young man, with a heart full of kindness for his family, friends, and every animal he met, especially his beloved stuffies. Trenton found joy in the arts, drawing, folding intricate origami pieces, and creating imaginative projects on his 3-D printer. He also carried a spirit of adventure, loving time spent outdoors; hunting, fishing, and camping; and most recently, skydiving alongside his father, Brian, in Michigan City. However, above all, Trenton treasured his family. Whether he was gaming with his brother or sharing quiet moments with his parents and grandparents, he filled each day with laughter, warmth, and love. Trenton’s gentle presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
A time to visit with family and friends to remember Trenton is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at St. Pius X Church, Granger, with a brief memorial service beginning at 12:30 pm. Cremation will follow services.
