Trenton "T Money" Delmar Switzer, 16, of Oakland, passed away on April 18, 2025, unexpectedly as a result of an automobile accident. Born on September 12, 2008, he was the son of Tiffany Switzer and Brian Rayburn.
Trenton, a spirited sophomore at Southern Garrett High School, juggled school with his job at Garrett 8 Cinemas, where his energy lit up the room. He adored the ocean, with the Gulf Coast holding a special place in his heart, and dreamed of studying in Florida to stay near the waves. As a dedicated lineman for the Southern Garrett High School football team, he poured effort into training for the upcoming season, fueled by the thrill of the game. With bold ambitions and a promising future, Trenton was a bright young soul whose life was heartbreakingly cut short.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandparents, Gary and Kelly Beachey, maternal grandfather, Paul W. Switzer, Jr., and wife Kimberly, maternal grandmother, Michelle Flowers; maternal great grandparents, Paul and Paula Switzer, Sr. and Shirley Stone; aunts and uncles, Tambra and Frederick Fulk, Sharon and Loyd Cole, Mike Madigan, Brittney Switzer, Christopher Switzer, Matthew McBride, Anthony Melville, Isabelle Switzer, David and Amber Beachey, Daniel Beachey, and Garrett Beachey; along with numerous cousins and close friends that meant the world to him; and his best friend, Brenden Woolslayer.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents, Mason and Norma Madigan.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Southern Garrett High School Football Team - 345 Oakland Dr., Oakland, MD 21550.
Friends will be received on Friday, April 25,2025, from 4 to 8 PM, at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes, P.A., - Oakland Chapel 21 N. Second St., Oakland. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11 AM in the funeral home with Pastor Barbara Rexroad officating. Interment will follow in the Deer Park Cemetery.
