Trey Major Harris was sent from the Lord to his parents, Whitney and Dwaine, on
November 11, 2015, in Henderson, Ky. Since that day, he has brought immense love and
joy to their lives and his family and friends. After only 8 short years, Trey
was unexpectedly granted eternal rest on March 15, 2024.
Trey left an indelible mark on all blessed to know him, including his
school, Hanson Elementary, and his second-grade class. Trey loved all
things sports and had special interests in baseball, basketball, skateboarding,
and football. Out of all his hobbies, riding his four-wheeler was what he loved most.
Trey dreamed of becoming a police officer in adulthood because he loved
helping others. He was a fun-loving child who adored playing pranks on his mom
especially and laughing. He had an immense love for music having an extraordinary
passion for rap music, and his favorite artists included Rod Wave, Bossman DLow,
& Finesse.
Trey will be forever missed by his loving mother, Whitney Person, his loving
father, Dwaine Harris, and his stepfather, Antonio Person. He is forever in the
hearts of his amazing big brothers, Jaden and Jyrese.
He leaves behind loving grandparents, Dwaine Harris Sr. and Marilyn and Terry
Baggett; his adored aunts Aubrey Mitchell and Leslie Stewart, as well as his
cousins: Kaleb Baggett, Julian Hutchins, Macara Stewart, and Tori Stewart will
forever miss him. Trey was also well-loved by a host of other cousins, family,
