Trey Archer Rawlinson was born on November 30, 2013, in Nephi, Utah, to Jared Lee and Tiffaney Lynn Skeem Rawlinson. He passed away on August 6, 2025, due to complications from an accident, leaving behind a legacy of joy, kindness, and unforgettable energy.

From a young age, Trey had a passion for moving objects—whether it was helping with construction projects or lending a hand wherever it was needed. Affectionately nicknamed “Trey the Mover,” he always found a way to be useful and involved.

Trey had a tender heart and a deep compassion for animals and children in need. He loved being outside and cherished time spent hiking, camping, and hunting. He looked up to his older brothers and aspired to follow in their footsteps, especially in sports. He proudly participated in travel baseball, basketball, football, and Track & Field, often sporting his favorite Savannah Bananas or Florida State Seminoles gear.

An old soul with a quirky charm, Trey had a unique sense of style—polo shirts, robes, and colorful socks were staples in his wardrobe. He was direct, honest, and unafraid to speak his mind. He had a remarkable love for flags, history, and obscure facts, and took great pride in learning about his ancestry. Lounging in comfort was one of his favorite pastimes, and convincing him to leave a cozy spot was no easy task.

Trey’s presence lit up every room he entered. His smile was contagious, and his laughter was a gift to all who knew him. Though his time with us was far too short, the love he gave and the lives he touched will be remembered forever. We should and learn to ‘Love Like Trey’.

Trey is survived by his parents: Jared and Tiffaney Rawlinson; his brothers: Jett and Jax; and his sister: Avalynn. He is also survived by his grandparents: Gordon and Mickie Rawlinson, Shelley Ashworth, and Tami Skeem; along with many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Paul Skeem.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 14, at 11:00 a.m. at the Oak City LDS Chapel.

A Special Viewing time was reserved for Classmates, Teammates, and Friends (and their parents) on Wednesday, August 13, 5:00-6:00 p.m. at Nickle Mortuary in Delta, Utah. A full public Viewing followed, 6:00-8:00 p.m.; and Thursday morning, 9:30-10:40 a.m., prior to the service. Those unable to attend are invited to view the recorded video of the service. Burial was in the Oak City Cemetery.

The Rawlinson family extends their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
