Tristin Mae Fahrenkrug "Sissy" age 24 of Neenah passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning January 9, 2024, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer. Tristin was born on May 12, 1999 in Neenah daughter of Pete and Sue (Knispel) Fahrenkrug. Tristin worked as an Accountant/bookkeeper for the Oshkosh Community Credit Union. Tristin had a love for family and friends. She was always on the go keeping busy. She lit up the room with her smile and spunk no matter where she went.
In addition to her parents, Tristin is survived by her brothers and sisters: Steve Fahrenkrug, Christine (Patrick) Miller, David Fahrenkrug, Brienna (Trevere) Dorn and Cody (Alexis Manley) Fahrenkrug. She is also survived by her grandparents William and Sandra Fahrenkrug, Joanie "Granny" Zeinert, Dave (Pat) Knispel. Tristin was a beloved Auntie to her nieces and nephews, Jack and Emma Fahrenkrug; Shay, Kaydence and Hadley Miller; Steven "Stavvy", Maverick and Kalani Fahrenkrug; Braiden, Baelyn and Talon Dorn and Oliver Fahrenkrug. Tristin had a very close sister like bond with her best friend Jaden and treated Jaden's daughter as one of her very own nieces. She is also survived by a special cousin Micaela and her daughter Eleanor, as well as her best buds, Putzy and Truman, many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tristin was preceded in death by her grandpa Dave Zeinert.
A private family service will be held for Tristin. There will be a memorial gathering and celebration of life on Saturday January 20, 2024 from 1:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Kessler-Fahrenkrug Funeral Home 304 S. Commercial St., Neenah. A memorial is being established.
We want to send a huge thank you and shout out to Tristin's team of doctors and nurses and staff from UW Madison Hospital, especially her oncologist Dr. Bahtia. We would also like to thank her team of doctors, nurses and staff at Theda Care Cancer Center, especially Dr. Poola and also the staff at Neenah Theda Care for taking such great care of her. It's also important to us as a family to shout out and thank every single person that has helped support Tristin and our family through this difficult journey.
We all love and miss you so very much sissy.
Mom and dad love you so much and we will miss you! You were our ray of sunshine and our baby girl. We are so very proud of you and how kind and generous you were. You dropped everything to help anyone else in need. You were always there for everyone. You have such a beautiful smile that made our day every time we saw you.
Till we meet again baby girl.

Tristin was a beautiful girl with a beautiful smile. I worked with Tristin at Oshkosh Community Credit Union. Every day she came in with a beautiful smile and a laughter that lit her face up. She was just as beautiful inside as she was outside. We will miss you always and will never forget you and your beautiful smile. You are now a beautiful angel looking over your family and friends. Until we meet again....fly high . Pam Salzer
