Troy D Holland, 81, of Magnolia, AR passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at the VA Medical Center in Little Rock, AR.

Troy was born on October 30, 1943, in Magnolia, AR to the late Jessie Walker and Lurline Talitha (Yates) Holland. He served in the United States Navy during Vietnam and was a truck driver for North American Van Lines with Myers Transportation in Magnolia. He was a devoted family man and enjoyed woodworking.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sandra (Friend) Holland; brother, Carlos Holland; and brother-in-law, Joseph Allan Fraser. Troy is survived by his children, Shirley Garza (Daniel) of Sarepta, LA, Blonnie Smith (Brad) of Woodward, OK, and Kevin Holland of Magnolia; grandchildren, Billie Smith (Fred) of Waldo, Dustin Bailey of McNeil, Alexis Garza and Evie Garza of Sarepta, Aaron Smith and Adam Smith of Woodward; sisters, Charlotte Godfrey of Shreveport, LA, Paula Fraser of Magnolia, Remonda Harrison (Ricky) of Plano, TX; sister-in-law, Delpha Holland of Magnolia; and a host of great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. in Magnolia. Graveside services with military honors will be Monday, August 18 at 10:00 a.m. at the Village Cemetery with Bro. Brad Smith officiating.

"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
